He was predeceased by: his parents, James Newton and Sally Newton; and his brother Matt. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Foster (Matthew Foster); his granddaughters, Olivia and Sophia of Frisco, TX; and his stepchildren, Brian Flynn of Krum, TX and Ashley Smith of Krum.
