He was predeceased by: his parents, William McDonald and Mary McDonald; his wife Sylvia Sharon McDonald; his children, Michael Howard McDonald and Sharon Marie Kaszynski; his son-in-law Eric Bernard Kaszynski; and his siblings, Joe McDonald, Winnie Bragg, Minnie Hunter and Marie Harrell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Loris Fehler (Ronald), Barbara Ann Monroe (Frazier), Patricia Lynn Sanders (Thomas) and Nancy Zambrano; his daughter-in-law Virginia McDonald; and his grandchildren, Eric Kaszynski III, George Kaszynski, Sylvia Brown, Stephanie McDonald, Mary McDonald, Leslie Dalton, Bryan Dalton, Jo Ann Pelmore, Lee Roy Pelmore III, James Pelmore, Crystal Mitchell, Vanessa Fillingim and Cody Zambrano. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren, and six great, great grandchildren.
