With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis Walker of Kress, Texas, born in Plainview, Texas, who passed away on January 13, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Walker and Celia May Walker (Wicker); his daughter Janna Walker; and his wife Joyce Walker (Turner). He is survived by: his children, Lynett Walker of Tulia and Judson Walker (Mary) of Kress; his brothers, Garland "Buddy" Walker of Amarillo and David Walker of Plainview; his brother-in-law Jerry Turner of Sequim, Washington; his close friend Ethel Edwards of Tulia; his grandchildren, Tizzy Beck (Dillon) of Llano and James Walker of Tulsa, OK; and his great grandchild Daxton Beck of Llano.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Swisher County 4-H Unsponsored Trip Fund, 310 West Broadway, Tulia, TX 79052.
