He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Sr. Frausto and Eduvijien Frausto (Martinez); and his siblings, Eduvijien Frausto and Santiago Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lilly Frausto of Kress; his children, Isabel Frausto Macias of Lubbock, Alexander Frausto (Felipa) of Dallas, Richard James Frausto (Priscilla) of Tulia and Milton Joe Frausto (Nancy) of Lubbock; his brother Antonio Frausto (Minnie) of Kress; his half-sister Estella Deleon of Hondo, TX; and his grandchildren, Vinny, Nikki, Brunita Lilly, Alexander Jr., Amber Lynn, Richard "Richie", Ronnie, Serena, Jayden and Aaron. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
