He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Street and Glenidine Street; his son Joe Dale; and his brothers, Donald and Billy.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Shuping; his children, Anja Carlisle (Mike) of McKinney, Kathy Durham (Kelly) of Kress and Johnny Street (Kim) of Plainview; his grandchildren, Monty Durham (Stacy) of Argyle, Jessica Rowe (Scott) of Allen, Jamie Morphis (Dane) of Plainview, Ross Carlisle (Amanda) of McKinney, Dusty Street (Britnee) of Lubbock, Travis Street of Lubbock and JuLea Bouma (Brent) of Plainview; his great grandchildren, Mayce, Bryce, Blake, Brayden Durham, Emerson, Hayden, Lincoln, Coleman Rowe, Dillon, Drew, JaLea Morphis, Harlin, Jase Street, BerkLea, Ellie and Johnny Bouma; and his sister Glenna Callendar of Odessa. He is also survived by many niece and nephews.
