It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Black of Kountze, Texas, born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Kaminski Ogden and Lester Boyd Ogden. She is survived by: her husband Terry Black; her children, Judy Horton (Rich) of Round Rock, Brian Black of Magnolia, Kent Black (Holly) of Fulshear and Jennifer Alpers (John) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Dakota Black, Jillian Horton, Ryker Horton, Faith Black, Gage Black and D'Artagnan Alpers; and her sisters, Suzanne Clarke (David) of The Woodlands and Sally Lippoid of McClure, Ohio..

“I met Sandra just after I returned to Kountze to live. She bought my dad a Christmas lunch. Later on Sandra and I were members of Busy Homemakers. I visited Sandra at her home and enjoyed a freshly brewed cup of coffee. She was fun, interesting and had a good sense of humor. Prayers for her friends and family.”
