He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Robert "Tom" Millard and Cindy Lou Brown Millard (Kenneth); his siblings, Bud Millard (Heidi) of Nederland, TX and Paula Millard Guy (George) of Kountze, TX; his nephews, Tijon Lene, Matt Guy, Michael Millard and Landon Millard; and his friend Patti Hebert. He is also survived by extended family, friends, coworkers.
