He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Phillips Duce and Paul Jackson Duce; his wife Beatrice Duce; and his brother Donald Duce. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Duce (Mona); his great-niece Nicole of Jasper; his nieces and nephews, Tommie Jean Brace (Robert) of Gulfport, Mississippi, Cathy Perry (Chuck) of Springfield, Tennessee, David Anderson of El Campo, Shannon Sharp (Lea) of Santa Fe, Bambi Sharp (Roger Banks) of Friendswood and Chase Sharp (Tracy) of Dickinson; his sister-in-law Mary Duce; and also Donnece Duce Foster (Dave).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Family and Friends Broussard's Mortuary (490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee, TX 77656). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Broussard's (490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee, TX 77656). A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Old Hardin Cemetery.
