It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Fisher of Kountze, Texas, born in Paris, Arkansas, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovie Dorrough and Mattie F. Perryjohn Dorrough Poston (Charles Wayne Fisher Sr.). She is survived by: her sons, Charles Wayne Fisher Jr. and Howard Jackson Fisher (Jami); her siblings, James Jackson Dorrough (Harriet) and De Anna Dolan; and her grandchildren, Lance Fisher, Lora K. Schmidt, Michael David Craft Jr., Justin Lee Fisher and Lakin M. Cain. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we would ask for a donation in honor of Mary Etta Fisher be made to Hospice of South Georgia, for their exemplary care, or the Alzheimer's Association in the hope no one else would have to suffer with this disease.
