She is survived by: her niece Helen Chadwick Williams of Atascocita; her nephew Mark Chadwick (Michelle) of Kountze; her great-nephew John Paul "B. J." Chadwick, Jr. of Moss Hill; her niece Leah Brightwell; her sister-in-law Patsy Ann Chadwick of Atascocita; and also, John Paul Chadwick III of Hardin and Abigail Chadwick (John Paul Chadwick IV).
