It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Williams of Kountze, Texas, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Libby Belle Byrd Williams and Rolly Thomas Williams; his son Matthew Williams; and his siblings, Rachel Huffman, Evelyn Dominy, Ila Mae Gunter, Joyce Vasterling, Betty Blanchard, John Thomas and Mark Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Rachel Williams; his siblings, Chester Williams (Pam) of Kountze, Libby Davis of Austin and Irma Jarratt of Kingwood; and his close friend Kimberly Hodges (Kevin) of Vidor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
