He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Fillingim and Alberta Presley; his siblings, Bobbie, Ginger Fillingim, William and Doug Fillingim; and his nephews, Josh Fillingim and Donald Wayne Gilliam.
He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny Lee Fillingim of Kountze, TX, Betty Lou Gilliam (Billy) of Saratoga, TX and Claudine Gilliam of Silsbee; and his sister-in-law Katie Fillingim of Port Neches, TX.
