We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2024, at the age of 67, Katherine Faye Long of Kountze, Texas, born in Beaumont, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father John Breaux; her husband Jack Long Sr.; her children, Jack Long Jr. (Jeanie), Amanda Long, Paige Gilchriest and Crystal Ortega (Julio); her mother Betty Jones; her grandchildren, Abel, Christian, Zane, Julien, Ayden, Julissa, Alyssa, Jeffery, Adeline, Jessica, Corey, Landon and Amanda; her long haired Yappy; her sisters, Becky Carr and Zelma Breaux; her uncle Jack May Jr.; and her niece Jana Boudreaux.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lumberton Family Funeral Home (766 S Main St, Lumberton, TX 77657). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
