He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Brazier McCormick of Arlington and Jeppie Davis McCormick, Jr. of Kountze; his wife Sabrina Mangum; his children, Kayla Cruz (Carlos) of Killeen, Christina Hawkins of San Angelo and Jason McCormick, Jr. of Kountze; his grandchildren, Jazmyn Cruz and Evalyn Cruz; and his brothers, Stuart McCormick of Arlington, Brian McCormick of Arlington and Adam McCormick of Arlington.
