He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Plake Olsen and Michael Aubrey Plake; his wife Judy Prince Plake; and his brother Terry Plake. He is survived by: his son Sam Plake (Lindsay) of Nolensville, Tennessee; his siblings, Pat Plake (Connie) of Lumberton and Debbie Sims of Waco; and his grandchildren, Treshon Highsmith, Reece Plake and Ryann Plake.
