He was predeceased by: his sister Anishia Rochee Matthews. He is survived by: his grandparents, Deacon Carl and Gladys Matthews Sr.; his aunts, Tonya Matthews Moffett (Craig) and Tahita "BaeBae" Matthews West (Arthur); his uncle Carl Matthews Jr.; his parents, Rev. Glenn E. Matthews Sr. and Shelia Matthews; his close friend DeShonda Durrett; his siblings, George Melvin (Melissa), Daniel Glenn, Carl Glenn, Jeremiah, Danita (Tre), Vonda, Shawquenterria and Lillian (Joseph); and his cousin DJ Richardson. He is also survived by seven nephews and two nieces.
