She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Herrington and T. A. Herrington; her siblings, Laquita Verde (Sam), James Herrington, Sr. (Johnnie), Betty Renken (Bernard "Slim") and Jewel Boyett (A. D.); her brother-in-law Bill Read; her son-in-law John Perkins; her parents-in-law, Vertie Mae and Cliff Malone; her sister-in-law Billie Stewart (R. L.); and her niece Pat Regen.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jeffery and Michael; her husband C. Malone; her daughters, Pamela Malone Perkins of Manchaca, TX, Chris Malone Long (Cliff) of Coppell, TX and Lee Ann Malone Brents (Jeff) of Liberty, TX; her sister Barbara Read of Leander, TX.; and her nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Deborah, Kim, James Jr., Laquita Ann, David, William, Bernie, Thomas, Shannon, Tami, Darren, Deena, Henry, Jerry, Aaron and Bonnie Jean.
The family asks that anyone who attends the services please wear a mask to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
