He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Adam Sparks, Jr. and Gwendolyn Oneida Sparks; and his brother David Sparks. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Sparks; his children, Regina Douglas (Ron) and David Sparks (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joshua Douglas (Carly), Brandi Harvey (Travis), Breanne Sparks and Madeline Sparks; and his great grandchild Tessa Kay Douglas.
