He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Paul Hebert and Carrie Marie Hebert; his wife Melinda Hebert; his brothers, Stanley Hebert and Robert Hebert; and his brothers-in-law, Billy Green and Tom Swearingen.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan (Angela) of Kountze, Texas; his grandchildren, Abigale "Abi" Doiron, Aiden Doiron and Jourdan; his siblings, Dan Hebert (Robyn) of Bridge City, Texas, Helen Green of Dayton and Mary Swearingen (Bob Figy); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Hebert of Leesville and Karen Thompson of Port Arthur, Texas.. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Don's memory to the American Cancer Society.
