She was predeceased by: her parents, Louella Mae Kaufman and L. C. Foster; her sister Darlene Brown; and her great grandchild Sunni Maddox. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Lewis, Jr. of Kountze; her children, Clint Lewis of Kountze, Greg Lewis (Angel), Santa Fe, Sharla Taylor of Groves and Scott Lewis (Tara) of Mont Belvieu; and her grandchildren, Clint Lewis, Jr., Tracy Maddox, Courtney Morris, Makayla Bean, Calyb Lewis, Greg Walker, Keely Taylor, Mason Lewis and Tanner Lewis. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
