He is survived by: his wife Devonna Mitchell; and his children, Tracy Foehner of Humble, Debbie Foehner (Tracy Williams) of Sealey, Michelle Roberts (David) of Crosby, Bill Mitchell (Brandie) of Sour Lake and Stephanie Giacomo (Taylor Ernset) of Vidor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
