He is survived by: his parents, Helen Ann Kowalski Tantillo and Anthony Gayle Tantillo of Kountze; his wife Tracy Tantillo; his children, Adam Tantillo (Dawn) of Kountze and Meagan Ouzts (Dalton) of Orange; his grandchildren, Case, Rush and Kylie Jo Tantillo; and his siblings, Terri Hefty (Brian) of Houston and Marcus Tantillo (Shelly) of Kountze. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless other family members and friends.
