She is survived by: her children, Otis Von Smart of Kountze, Patricia Gail Smart of Kountze, Joe Earl Smart of Silsbee, Roy Gene Smart (Rose) of Kountze and Larry Dale Smart (Jennifer) of Kountze; and her siblings, Roger Dale Lewis, Ronnie Lewis, Joe Lewis and Geneva Acres. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
