She is survived by: her spouse Floyd Puckett; her daughter Ramona Puckett; her son-in-law Joey Winstead; and her grandchildren, David Puckett, Joseph Smith, Megan Puckett, Kayla Puckett, Nevin Garrett (Bo) and Curtis Puckett.
