She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Patty Cook; her grandchildren, Casey Cook (Courtney) and Kelley Nicole Cook; her great grandchildren, Lily Cook and Ellie Cook; and her sister Doris Ann Stanley. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
