He is survived by: his wife Paula; his sons, Jeffery Hernandez (Shavonne) and Severiano Hernandez, Jr.; his grandchildren, Klarisa, Anthony and Devon Hernandez; and his sisters, Yolanda Hernandez, Minga Hernandez, Goya Arvizu and Mini Hernandez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
