He was predeceased by: his father Guadalupe M. Rios, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carolina Rios, (Rocha) of Knox City, Texas; his daughters, Whitney Thomas of Wichita Falls and Tiffany Rios of Rochester, Texas; his sister Christy Munoz of Wichita Falls, Texas; and his grandchildren, Lauren Thomas, Caroline Thomas, Kaley Rios and Hunter Thomas.
