She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Frances Trepanier; her husband Jerry Sanders; her children, Leonard Robinson of Hollis, Brandon Sanders of Lipan, William Sanders, Christopher Sanders of Granbury, Texas and Christy Edwards of Eldorado, Oklahoma; her siblings, Frank Schmigiel of New York and Dory Winn of Buffalo; and her grandson Zane Robinson. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorials be made to The Danny Thomas Foundation or Hospice of Wichita Falls.
