He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Virgil, Lola Wiggans, Jack and Pat Vender. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Wiggans and Pam Williams; his stepfather Robert Williams; his sisters, Ali Wiggans (Matt) and Abi Krieger (Michael); his nieces, Jocelin and Henley Rae Krieger; his girlfriend Ashley Nicole Cook; and his pet Kenni. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
