Celest is survived by: mother J'Nevelynn Carpenter (Chapman); children, Matthew Penny (Candy) of Edgewood, Rachel Jouett (Ronnie Vance) of Cottage Grove, Crystal Stallings (Jake) of Ruidoso, Jennifer McNeil-Hendrickson (Dustin) of Hazelwood and Kaleb Evans of Lubbock; and brothers, Daryl Carpenter of Aledo and Thomas Carpenter (Michelle) of Springtown, Texas.. Celest is also survived by Ten grandchildren, One great- grandchild.
