Orvil Lester Grunden Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orvil Lester Grunden of Klein, Texas, born in Deridder, Louisiana, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ira and Flossie Fern Grunden (Lester); and his brother John Grunden. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Grunden of Klein; his daughter Nelva; his son-in-law Michael Baker of Klein; his son Norman; his daughter-in-law Natalie Grunden of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Brett Baker, Christopher Baker, Kaleb Grunden, Jasalyn Grunden and Jaylie Grunden; and his siblings, Clarence Grunden (MarySue), Fred Grunden (Billie), Ella Gilson (Bill) and Opal Smith.
