He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Harold and Clara Hall; and his daughter Caroline Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Angelica; his children, Gregory Michael (Candice), Jacqueline (Rob) and Andrew (Robin); and his brother Texas A. He is also survived by his three brothers.
