He was predeceased by: his parents, Orbie Bailey and Lois Bailey (Muckleroy); and his siblings, Mildred Brasher, Jim Bailey and Dennis Carroll Bailey.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Richardson of Woodville; his grandchildren, Josh Bailey, Kenny Fowler, Keith Fowler, Blake Flippen, Dondi Flippen and Kelbi Flippen; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Faith, Kadie, Kensey, Paisley, Kylie, Derek, Kristian and Harlee; and the mother of his children Vondol Bailey.
