He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Stephens of Kirbyville; his children, Milton Roger Stephens, III (Teresa), Kimberly Villegas of Austin, Jason Stephens (Maryann), Marlin Kirbow of Louisiana and Heather Fernandez (John); his brother Charles Stephens (Susan); his grandchildren, Sean Stephens, Jenna, Scottie Stephens, Sunnie Stephens, Lauren Villegas, Christian Kirbow, Sydney, William Horton, Jessie, Hunter Fernandez and Madison Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Sarah, Brantleigh, Titan, Maverick, Zane and Zoey.
