She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie E. Farr and Willie Mae Farr (Nelson); her brothers, Obie Edward Farr, Jr., Joseph Farr of Utah, Garland Richard Farr and Morgan Philander Farr; and her grandson Terrance M. Lusk.
She is survived by: her former husband Ernest Cooper of Magnolia Springs; her daughters, Vivian J. Cooper and Loretha Y. Cooper; her husband Charles Douglas Ford; her children, Troylene D. Ford and Tracy D. Ford; and her siblings, Opal D. Farr-Samuel of Houston and Marvin Nelson Farr of Houston. She is also survived by four children, 10 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
