He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Brewster and Azalee (Walker); his wife Maggie Brewster; his siblings, Marjorie Williams, Louise Woods, Bob Brewster and J. B. Brewster; and his granddaughters, Jessica and Tiffany Laird.
He is survived by: his children, Lea Brewster of Call, Lynda Houser of Call, Patricia "Lou" Greer of Call and Mike Brewster of Silsbee; his sister-in-law Thelma Hoffman of Ohio; his grandchildren, Justin Moore, Amanda Guterierrez, Frank, Derek Laird, Scott Greer, Shan, Ian Greer, Camerson Brewster, Cade Brewster, Brooke and Connor Brewster; and his great grandchildren, Lili, Austin, Logan, Jessa, Camron, Preston, Emma, Selkie and James.
