She is survived by: her children, Ann Horn, Brett of Buna, Cleve Renfro and Jennifer of Hawaii; her brother Perry Joe Bice (Alice); her grandchildren, Brittney Clark, Seth, Tyler Horn, Brittany, Kennedy Renfro and Peyton Renfro; and her great grandchildren, Rhett, Ramsey, Reese, Penelope, Marielle, Brody and Harper.
