She was predeceased by: her father Benjamin Lavine; her husband Raymond Simmons; her mother Minnie Lavine (Thompson); her son Benjamin Simmons; her grandchildren, Miranda Chase, Chad Sims and Alisha Benoit; her great grandchildren, Carli Simmons and Cierra Chase; and her daughter-in-law Cynthia Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Chase (Patricia), Roy Chase of Beaumont, Toni Coffman (Jim), Joy Hutton (James) and Angel Simmons (Leigh); and her daughter-in-law Kristy Simmons. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
