With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Darren Ray Jones of Kirbyville, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Darren Ray may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Darren Ray touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parent Denman Jones. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Jones of Kirbyville; his daughters, Alexis Wood of Cleveland, Alissa of Kirbyville and Allison Gill of Lumberton; his mother Linda Jones (Herrington) of Kirbyville; and his siblings, Michael Jones (Brittany), Donnette Escagne (Arlan) and Vanessa Smith (Ken). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Adams E. E. Stringer Funeral Home - Kirbyville (111 S Margaret Ave, Kirbyville, TX 75956). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
