He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Barrow and Elna (Sims). He is survived by: his children, Steve Barrow (Wanda), Pamela Sheffield (Keith), Lisa Ellis (Roland), Sonja Spurlock (James Gordan) and Daniel Burge; his sisters, Kathy James and Linda Jean Eaton; his grandchildren, Jessica Fant, Colby Ellis, Nicole Spurlock, Jacob Spurlock, Daniel Burge, Jr. and Danny Barrow; and his great grandchildren, Logan, McClain, Conrad, Carson and Charlie.
