Wilma Luna Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Luna of Kingwood, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludie Gentry and Ammie Gentry; her children, Kathy Darlene Potter and Patrick Neil Luna; and her brothers, Melvin, Duane, Hughlin (Jim), Burley, Jack, Burnis and Dennis Gentry.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Luna; her sons, Anthony Luna and Chris Luna; her daughter-in-law Michele Luna; her daughter Terri Kinard; her son-in-law Joe Kinard; her daughter Karen Rodriguez; her son-in-law Fabian Rodriguez; her daughters, Traci Davis and Angela Smith; and her siblings, Yvonne Lester (Charles) and Ronnie Gentry. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and a cherished number of great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rosewood Funeral Home - Porter (22271 US-59, New Caney, TX 77365).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Houston Botanical Gardens at Support-Houston Botanic Garden.
