He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Rhame; his son Tom Kelly; his daughter-in-law Kristen; his stepdaughter Toni Wilkins; his son-in-law Sean; his grandchildren, Peyton, Jake, Victoria, Korbin Miller, Lennon, Lorelai Lemke and Sara Konczal; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Rice and Kenzlee Coulter.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in Tom's memory to the American Heart Association or Wounded Warrior Project.
