She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellie Gogol and Anna Gogol of Vierzon, France; her former husband Michael Saba; her husband Earl Applegate; and her daughter-in-law Michelle Saba (Nick Saba).

She is survived by: her sons, Nick Saba of Florida and Mike Saba; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Saba; and her granddaughters, Kayla, Christina Saba of Humble and Alexandra Saba of Washington.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Altus Hospice in her name.
