He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell McGregor and Lorene McGregor; his former wife Bettye Lee McGregor; his brothers, Billy Don McGregor and Cecil Edward McGregor; his brother-in-law Charles Burkeen; and his stepchildren, Gene McDuff and Karen Sue Bullion.
He is survived by: his wife Ida McGregor; his daughter Melodie McGregor (Julie Tisdale); his sister Doris Carolyn Burkeen; his sister-in-law Betty McGregor; and his stepdaughter Gloria Humphreys (John). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
