He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Dominy and Betty Dominy. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his sons, Aaron (Erin) and Brett; his grandsons, Bryce and Kase Dominy; his sister Debbie Dominy; and his parents-in-law, J. R. and Gloria Boliver.
