He is survived by: his wife Mary Crookston Ciura; his son Frank Tomas Ciura, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Ana Ciura; his granddaughters, Lindsay Ciura and Taylor Ciura; his stepdaughter Michelle Crookston; his brother Rafael Ciura; his sister-in-law Eugenia Ciura; his sister Cecilia Ciura Castillo; and his brother-in-law Daniel Castillo. He is also survived by five nephews, many close friends.
