It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Hasting Westmoreland of Kingwood, Texas, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Rheba White; his parents, Marion Donnis and Mattie Lou Westmoreland; and his brothers, Don and Richard.

He is survived by: his children, David Westmoreland (Debbie) of Dickinson, Terri Tipton (Larry) of Kingwood, Richard Westmoreland (Sabine) of Vienna and Larry Westmoreland (Karmela) of College Station, Texas; his grandchildren, Jessica Karigan (Johnathan) of League City, Lauren Tipton of Dallas, Holly Tipton of Houston and Justin Westmoreland of League City, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Hiel, Gloria Hilburn (David) and Alice Westmoreland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
