He is survived by: his mother Ann Lemmon; his wife Lisa Hall; his children, Cory Hall (Nikki Hall), Shannon Hall, Dustin Hall (Shannon Bagwell), Stephanie Asmus (Jillian Irwin) and Emily Hall (Tyler Hall); and his brother Ken Johnston (Michelle Johnston). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and step-siblings.
