He is survived by: his wife Betty Lois King; his daughter Diane; his son-in-law Pat Slaughter; his daughter Hollie; his son-in-law Lee Booth; his son Rusty; his daughter-in-law Tambra Grantom; and his daughter Judy Mackey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
