He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Kuykendall and Treva Kuykendall; his siblings, Eddie, Steve and Erma; his wife Carolyn Berexa; his child Tracy Cowherd; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Eva, Matthew, Blake, Nicolas and Maximus.
